We have a Breaded Chicken with Amogue Sauce, Baked Italian Herbed Chicken, Boneless Chicken Breast (Herb Seasoned, Bar-B-Que, Teriyaki Seasoned), Chicken Marsala, Chicken Picante, Chicken Parmesan, & Hawaiian Chicken.
We have wonderful options to chose from for our Stuffed Chicken. Starting with Chicken Duxelle Stuffed with Mushrooms&Boursin Cheese & topped with a Terrigan Cream Sauce. Next we have a Chicken Florentine Stuffed with Spinach & Cheese topped with a Lemon Cream Sauce. Also we serve a wonder Chicken Jeanie Stuffed with Ham, Spinach & Cheese and finally a Chicken Cordon Bleu Stuffed with Ham & Cheddar Cheese.
Our Beef selection is out of this word. We begin with Meatballs in Beef Gravy Sauce or Sweet & Sour Sauce, with Stuffed Cabbage. We also have a marvelous Roast Sirloin in Mushroom Gravy Sauce along with Honey Glazed Ham and BBQ Ribs.
Our Pasta options are absolutely mouth watering. We begin with Mostaccioli with Meat or Marinara Sauce, Pasta with Butter and Garlic, Pasta Palomino which is Chef Rick's Specialty, and we also have Pasta Primavera and Fettuccine Alfredo.
Our Pork Entrees are some of the best in the County. We begin with Italian Sausage with Peppers, Kielbasa and Kraut, Roast Pork Loin, and Lasagna.
We have had many compliments regarding our Baked Salmon and Baked White Fish. Prepared with the utmost perfection and attention to detail.
Our fresh Vegetable options begin with our Potato Selections of Buttered Parsley (House Specialty), Seasoned Redskins, Italian Potato Wedges, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Baked Potatoes, Santa Anna, and Cheesy au gratin.
Our fresh Vegetable selections include: Green Beans, Mixed Vegetables, Buttered Corn, Glazed Baby Carrots, Vegetable Medley (Zucchini, Squash, Red Peppers & Green Beans), and a California Blend (Carrots, Broccoli & Cauliflower)
